Our Culture
Economic Architecture is remote-first and is intentional about cultivating a culture where everyone is valued. In our discussion-based environment, everyone is expected to contribute new ideas, champion them, listen to others, and revise their thinking when given new information. We are comfortable with uncertainty, often operating with ambiguity as we carve new paths and learn together. We also engage with generosity, giving more than expected and assuming the best intentions of our colleagues and collaborators.
